Update on Me


My life was still at the same lately. No changes, but I guess a lot more happier, amin. 

My class almost end, only I got one assignment to finished. Convo!!!

My marriage also in the same mood and we are also trying to be a better person, everyday!  I got a strong support from husband, my life is bless. It is 21/2 years on 12.06.2012.

It just started, sometimes it got complicated, sometimes it's fun.

I got to no comment on tiring, penatla cakap 'penat!'. I got more energy than before.

I try to eat a healthy food, sleep and wake up on the same time, put in schedule in everything I do and I got less exhausted.

Less carbohydrate and more vitamin C.

Actually it happen last Monday night, after class, we all went for dinner, in Batu 3 Shah Alam and then we all ate keropok lekor.

Balik je rumah me and Marsya habis teruk satu badan kena gatal. It's already late night, so we decided to wait till morning to go to clinic.

Satu malam, all I've heard is that crying from a daughter and I was scratching all over my body.  When I woke up early in the morning, rashes was all over my body, hands and stomach area. It is because of the scratching. Marsya is ok, sikit je kena and after took medicine, I send her to Lemon.

I was being advice to eat less-protein food and avoid eggs, seafoods and etc untillllllll...I was recovered.

Entahla since I cut-off many foods for past few days, I feel more energize.

Then, if we go for dinner, since I only ate certain things, my stomach feel very relief.

And I got a good sleep than before.

Every morning I drink one bottles of plain water for recovery.

And I try to put a slice of lemon into it. Ada dengar la cakap kalau nak kurus pagi-pagi minum air suam with a slices of lemon.

Harap menjadila kan. I was not expecting kurus kering macam supermodel ke hape, just nak kempiskan perut part je.

Moreover, I just want to feel confidence and get a better life.

One more thing, I did skip my gym class. Dah berapa bulan tak pergi, it such a waste! I have to workout la kan. Once in the moonlight ke pun takpe.

And another thing that bother us lately both of us already bored to eat outside. Dah bosan.

So we decided to cook by our own.Tak taula jadi ke tak rancangan ni tapi barang dapur dah beli, so no harm to try. Plus I got another project to do - siapkan langsir rumah. 

Anddddddd, rancangan untuk preggie lagi masih di teruskan even last time plan tak jadi. Hahahahaha
